Manuals & quick fixes

Official manuals from SharkNinja, and answers to the problems owners hit most. We link to the official pages rather than hosting copies, so you always get the current version.

Links open SharkNinja's own support pages, which can move. If one doesn't work, search your model number, printed on the base of the machine, on the support site for your country.

Tip: register your machine on SharkNinja's site when you buy it. SharkNinja has offered a coupon towards extra pints to people who register, so check their current offer.
