Is the Ninja Creami a blender?
Quick answer
No. Do not process a solid block of ice, ice cubes or loose hard ingredients such as frozen fruit. The fruit has to be crushed to release its juice, or frozen together with other ingredients.
Why it happens
The Creami processes a pint you have already frozen solid. Each program runs for about one to two and a half minutes.
Next time
- Mash fruit into the pint, or cover it with juice, milk or coconut milk before freezing.
- Fill only to the max fill line.
